The ESCAFLOWNE ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK album is the original soundtrack of the animation movie ESCAFLOWNE.

Overview[]

This album was composed by Yoko Kanno and Hajime Mizoguchi, as it was for the TV animation show Vision of Escaflowne, and although there are still a few unreleased background musics, this is the only soundtrack album of the animation movie ESCAFLOWNE.

It is interesting to note that the Japanese lyrics of the song Nomitori no Uta were written by Yoko Kanno herself and not by Gabriela Robin.

Release[]

The CD was released on May 7, 2000, about 3 months before the theater release of the movie.

Track list[]

All tracks composed by Yoko Kanno. (unless otherwise indicated)
